Terms of sales

Our terms of sales are conform to the disposition of the R.211-12 article of the tourism code.

The exchange of pre-contractual information or the provision of contractual terms and conditions is done in writing. They can be done electronically under the conditions of validity and exercise provided for in Articles 1369-1 to 1369-11 of the Civil Code. Are mentioned, the name or business name and the address of the seller as well as the indication of his registration in the register provided for in Article L.141-3.

 

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the seller must communicate to the consumer information on prices, dates and other elements of services provided during the seasonal rental such as:

Registration and booking conditions:

All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:

The deposit corresponding to:

-50% of the total price of your rental and any benefits if the reservation is made more than 30 days before the start of the stay.

The total balance of the stay (100%) will be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For reservations made on D-30, the total price of the stay is required.

 

 

Accommodation:

Our prices include all taxes and include the provision of housing, charges included (water, electricity, heating).

 

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION OF STAY BY CUSTOMER:

We will endeavor to accept as much as possible your requests to change the date of stay within the limits of availability.

- if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days before your arrival: full deposit is refund.

- if your cancellation request is made 30 days or less before your arrival: 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE STAY IS REQUIRED.

Only your personal insurance can be requested by you to request reimbursement.

 

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:

We draws your attention to the fact that, in the absence of full payment in spite of reminders, keys can not be handed over if you show up at your place of residence stay. For stays of a week or more, key collection takes place from 16:00 on the day of arrival subject to the payment. These keys will be returned before 10:00 am the day of your departure.

Beyond, an additional night will be charged.

 

RULES OF PROCEDURE

In order to facilitate the life of your holidays, an internal regulation is posted in each apartment, and house.

We thank you for reading and respecting it. We invite you to take some precautions to avoid any inconvenience: close your windows before leaving your room, apartment, or house, lock your door.

We remind you that the omissions of personal effects inside your apartment, or house during the release of the premises can not engage us.

 

INTERRUPTION OF STAY:

A premature departure or an interruption of sports activity or leisure booked with us may not give rise to any refund from the latter.
